case of an emergency, dial 911 if you need any of the following:

The Town of Centerville is served by the volunteer Cleveland Fire Department and Cleveland First Responders. If you are interested in joining any of these groups as a volunteer, please contact Clerk for more information.

Police - Police emergencies through 911 are handled by the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department.
Ambulance - Centerville is served by the City of Manitowoc Fire and Rescue Department.
Burning Permits: Permits are required year-round. Permits can be obtained by contacting either the Chairman, one of the Supervisors or the Zoning Administrator. These permits are issued for burning clean wood only or as a land management tool. You can download a permit from this link to print off and fill out before contacting the above people: BURNING PERMIT. DNR Regulations--please read before using a prescribed fire as a tool in land management.

Residents are served by either the Newton Post Office (for those with a Newton, WI, mailing address) or the Cleveland Post Office (for those with a Cleveland, WI mailing address). Newton Post Office does not have a web site.
